We are looking for Transport Planning Partners to join our Road Logistics team in Brussels, Belgium.

YOUR ROLE

The European Transport Planner is responsible for the organisation of transport by selecting the most efficient and appropriate transport solutions in accordance with customer requirements and given quality standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and management of international transport;

Investigation and calculation of transport costs; Being the first point of contact for customers;

Coordination of shipping agents and freight carriers;

Contact with customers and international carriers;

Creation and processing of shipping documents and delivery notices;

Tracking delivery dates and monitoring freight costs; Computerised order processing, coordination of delivery dates, efficient route planning.
